The closest design out there is the 6.8 Rem SPC — that has been lengthened, necked down to 22 caliber, given a 30-degree shoulder, and had the rim rebated to 0.378 inch.
If it’s just 6mm and down range energy that you want then 6mmAR (necked down Grendel) is a great answer to that question especially with 105 bergers. cartridge in a 22 Nosler.
Some of the other top propellants are: Hodgdon Varget, Ramshot TAC, Accurate 2520, Reloder 15 and Norma 202.
Anyways, I’m much more into high quality bullets and more normal calibers / cases to stuff them into. More power to them. They are manufactured on dedicated machinery and are individually inspected.

Frankly, the realm was ripe for the picking; despite Internet forums abuzz with AR-15 enthusiasts clamoring for a cartridge with ballistics akin to the .22-250 Rem., nothing like that existed.
Remember why all this started for the AR platform.It simply was not doing the job it was made for, killing enemy combatants. It’s time for them to grow up and admit that they’re fans of a caliber of bullet that has poor to mediocre ballistics, and that pushing a 50 grain .224 pill at 5K fps muzzle velocity is still going to result in poor ballistics downrange – because the bullets are short, light, have poor sectional density and therefore crappy Bc’s. I wanted to try some handloads to see how easy the 22 Nosler was to reload, and to see what kind of performance I could get with various bullets.
