The click is still there, you can still hear it, but it is not so loud that it annoys you or the people around you, but loud enough that you can hear the satisfying actuation click. All and all, an excellent wireless gaming keyboard that despite its price, gave me everything I expected and a bit more. When talking about performance for a wireless mechanical keyboard, two things come to mind; Switches, and wireless connectivity. This keyboard cannot be recommended due to the manufacturing defect that is highly present in all keyboards, especially GL Tactile versions. If the tactiles are almost linear then the linears must be even more smooth . my g613 feels very non tactile and i kinda prefer the ones in stores which are clicky and tacile.
The longer I type on it, the faster I want to go, and it can go pretty fast, I feel like I can type nearly 2 times faster than when I was on my old keyboard without making a lot of errors . While 1200 hours is impressive, it is worth noting that the RGB lighting on the G915 is very powerful and if you turn it all the way up with static light then it will take the battery life down to about 30 hours.
Speaking to Logitech Support, switch manufacturer only checks for "functionality" but not overall quality. I can't wait to get it in and throw my K70 MK.2 up on ebay. It's impossibly thin design is unlike any other on the market and might be the best looking keyboard I have ever laid my eyes on. A quiet, yet discernible tactile bump. -Logitech finally released a wireless version of their popular G Pro X headset, and it's everything we hoped. They sound and feel different from other keys. From a performance standpoint, they work perfectly, but the low-profile design is not for everyone and fans of the classic tall mechanical keys might have trouble getting used to the G915. I could go on. I've never liked mechanical keyboards because of that loud clicky sound, it just annoys the crap out of me, and most mechanical keyboards had normal and tall keys.
Hi Logitech, I have recently bought your G915 TLK keyboard the Tactile version..
If I were in your shoes, I'd be just as upset and my post would be entirely different, sorry that you're having trouble with your keyboard Hopefully you can get a replacement or possible switch to another Switch, if you want or has the choice to. Insult to injury is the spacebar literally juts up at nearly a 25 degree angle into your thumb, making using this keyboard akin to a Chinese torture device. Before the G915, I was using the Razer Deathstalker Chroma (I like low keys), based on how heavy the G915 is compared to my Razer keyboard, without looking at some numbers or precisely weighing them, I'd say the G915 feels at least 3 times heavier than my Razer keyboard. The G915 can get really bright at full brightness, but I wouldn't say that it is the brightest keyboard out there. We love getting feedback and hearing about your experiences with your products. The Logitech G915 is an impressive accomplishment from both a design and a technical perspective. I have the RGB lighting set to full whenever I have it hooked up to the charger and then use a pulsating pattern at 60% brightness whenever I use it wirelessly. I have very little negative things to say about the G915 Lightspeed keyboard. Its like the moment you start typing on it, you just want to keep typing, and not stop, the continuous subtle clicky sounds is ambiently pleasant. I played around with the brightness of the keyboard, and found my optimal brightness that I would like it to be at, for my setup. Suffice to say, with all of these backup and redundant battery saving features, this keyboard will last for a very long time before it needs to recharge again, and all you have to do to wake it up, is press any button and Lightspeed will reconnect instantly. When reviewing a wireless gaming keyboard, it doesn’t matter how good the design or general performance is if the connectivity is off. Especially when you are just getting used to the design. Logitech Z906, Wave Keyboard and G502 Hero mouse.
Plus I can write in a conference call without muting myself Everytime :), Ryan’s! It comes with Lightspeed wireless connectivity, Bluetooth, Lightsync, five g keys, three macro keys, game mode, and a media outlet. You also don’t have to reconnect Bluetooth all the time. It is a Draftable, it definitely feels significantly more high quality than the one on my keyboard tray. Everything about the keyboard screams luxury, and from a quality standpoint, it stands unrivaled. It has also cut the actuation distance down to a mere 1.5mm through an average force of 50 g. This, combined with the 1ms wireless response time, mean that you have a keyboard with extraordinary reactivity and tactile feedback that makes it feel like you are in total control at all times. No wireless keyboard that I have tested to date can keep up with the G915 in terms of raw performance and certainly not in terms of design.
