When flipping the seats down, they don't either fold flat or stay at a 90 degree angle, they slide up to a 45 degree angle, taking up the floor board space that could of been used for a cargo area. Yes you can buy headrests off ebay. I have seen people on the jeep forums where they have just bent the metal posts some to where it puts the headrest at a less aggressive angle.
