yes, easy to do if mis-score happened near end of game. You can add a comment to the play saying he was actually thrown out at home. It sounds like maybe the Export did not make it to the server. Correcting this mid-game turned out to be time consuming and required additional post-game editing for plays that had already occurred. Try exporting again and make sure you get the "Successful" message.
