Hayley has been grooming my dog Hoyt a Shih Tzu and my Moms two Shit Tzus for just about 3 years now! Not requiring masks is highly disrespectful to both staff and clients, and disregards the law. They said there were a couple mats... yes, they we tiny, and if i would have known that you were to rip me off, i would have cut them off myself. I have the sweetest little dog and she was cut past the bloodline on all of her paws today...I feel so bad for her and don't want this to happen to anyone's beloved pooch! Only paid $11 (plus I tipped $2 because my dog got fur and water everywhere.)
But the whole time I was washing my dog I could hear the groomers very loudly in the back yelling at the dogs and saying very rude and disrespectful things about the owners.

As far as they go in the Boise area, Dirty Paws is just about as good as it gets. The only time she couldnt do what I wanted was when she was too matted, which I understood because I didnt want it to hurt her. Such a poor cut. Learn more. I will never return to this unfriendly place after being overcharged as well. and then when I replied maybe it was possibly lack of experience she gave me an attitude and told me she's been doing it 20 years, whatever the case I do not think any dog should be allowed in her hands! This is a great place to get the pups clean. I did wish the tub was just a few inches higher, but that's just a personal preference. We love our groomers! I usually go to "Do it yourself doggie wash" in Meridian but decided to try a place closer to my house. Try them out first. This place is okay, but the workers are not friendly or helpful. Small enough to be more quiet than larger places, good for keeping things low-stress. My girl takes great patience and I was initially shocked that Haley was able to do such a great job. After I was done once again the lady rolled her eyes when I came up to pay.
