If you're looking for solely high yield i'd stick to b&b/pathoma (everything else) and sketchy (pharm and micro). I found a spreadsheet on Reddit that listed the length of each video, and I divided that up into the amount of days I had designated for content review (basically, every day except for those in which I take practice exams). I would watch the videos and annotate into first aid. Going through UWorld and seeing topics in piecemeal isn't going to paint a picture of a topic in its entirety for someone who came into board studying without a good foundation. I had already made it through the videos multiple times before dedicated, since it pretty much replaced class lectures for me during second year. I haven't seen the pharm Kaplan so can't comment.
