I have 20's on my truck and after installing them I think the mileage went down but it was not by much. Given the unsprung weight of thw wheel/tire comlared to that of the truck, any mileage effect will so minor you wont see it. The larger wheels may have more mass, and as a result rob you a bit on power/economy not to mention thinner sidewalls on your tires. how sticky the tire is and how wide will affect mpg also.
